When my second child was just about four months old, he was sleeping in his crib, gripping his blanket. I tried so hard to get a shot of that moment as I saw it, but my point-and-shoot camera wouldn't do what I wanted. So, I explored the equipment needed to capture exactly what I saw with my own eyes in real-time.
This journey into the world of photography was sparked by a desire to capture the colors, depth of field, and the essence of those precious moments.
It might sound cliché, but there's something truly magical about capturing the tiny size, newborn faces, and little hands and feet of babies. These details change so quickly and need to be documented. Plus, I get to hold babies! Parents appreciate the chance to relax and trust me to get the job done, soothe their baby, and prioritize their baby's needs.
We break for feeds as often as needed to ensure everyone's comfort, giving you the reassurance and confidence you need during the session.
